Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Shipping is FREE on all international orders — no hidden fees at checkout. We deliver worldwide from our operations in Pakistan.

How long will delivery take?

International delivery usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on your destination and local customs processing. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once you place your order:

  1. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email.
  2. We process your order within 1–2 business days.
  3. Once dispatched, you’ll get a tracking link to follow your shipment.


Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. A digital invoice will be emailed to you after your order is confirmed. You can also request a PDF invoice by contacting us.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

    We’ll make it right — either by replacing the item or offering a refund.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped, we can assist with changes or cancellation.
